Advanced ECU Solutions with File Services for Freightliner Trucks

Freightliner trucks are commonly equipped with advanced engine management systems that integrate a variety of emission control technologies such as SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), AdBlue/DEF injection, and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). While these components are designed to meet stringent emission standards, they are also notorious for triggering frequent faults like NOx sensor failures, AdBlue system malfunctions, DPF clogging, and SCR-related derates that directly affect performance and uptime.
Our File Services for Freightliner address these issues by safely disabling the emission systems via ECU recalibration. Many Freightliner models use Mercedes engines managed by Siemens/Continental MCM21 or ACM2 ECUs. Other configurations include Cummins engines running on CM2350 or CM2250 ECUs, as well as Detroit Diesel platforms utilizing DCU17HD01.
