Order Processing
Our platform offers tailored solutions for passenger cars, trucks, and tractors. Here's how it works:

Base pricing includes file with no modifications. Full pricing is calculated based on your selections.

- Provide all necessary details: make, model, engine type, power, year, and current DTC codes.
Fill all the forms Load your file Click -> Upload your file Choose your options in the window
- Choose your payment method. Credit Card or Tokens
You'll be redirected to the corresponding page to proceed payment
- Custom modifications are available for unlisted ECUs or untapped solutions, with test files and performance reports.
We try to keep our Database up to date. All our projects are not always listed. Don't hésitate to contact us if you can't find the matching vehicle.
- Track your order status via a dedicated dashboard. Ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid email delivery issues.
Once paid, and payment succeed, you will be redirected to your dashboard. Status will be updated once our team starts working on your file.
- Working hours: 7:00–17:00 UTC+1. Orders after 14:00 UTC+1 may be processed the next day, depending on the queue.
- File Service processing time
Normal processing time is aound 3h. If you require files urgently, please select the urgent service option with an additional 25% fee. You will receive your file within 1-2 business hours after payment, even outside of regular operating hours. File processing is available on weekends; however, response times may be extended. When uploading your file, you will see a timeline providing an approximate indication of file processing times, the current status of our team, and the next scheduled working time.

Terms of Use
What You Need to Know Before Starting
It is the sole responsibility of the client to read, save, and provide diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) related to emissions. While our files address the majority of fault removal, certain updates or software versions may introduce new faults. Therefore, it is crucial to provide the exact diagnostic codes for accurate processing.

Proper diagnostic tools: Proper diagnostic tools are required for file writing, resetting, and reading ECU parameters (e.g., counters, soot levels, sensors).
Common multibrand diagnostic tools like Jaltest or Texa are primarily used. Alternatively, you can use manufacturer-specific tools.

Safety-first modifications: All modifications are designed for safety. Systems outside the modification scope remain stock.
Safety is prioritized, ensuring critical systems like engine protection are never altered.

Use the same tool: The same tool used to read the file must be used to write it back.
This ensures compatibility and avoids potential data corruption during the process.

Check and save data: Check and save DTCs and system parameters before and after writing.
Save logs of diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and sensor data to validate successful updates.

Support: Open a ticket in our special ticketing system tool.
You will be permitted to open a ticket for a file once its processing status is marked as "Completed." This will allow you to select the file for review, specify any issues encountered, and provide detailed annotations. You may also include supporting documents such as screenshots or error reports to assist in the resolution process.

No warranty for other vehicles: Modifications applied to other vehicles are not covered under warranty.
Each file is tailored for a specific vehicle. Using it on another may cause irreversible damage.
Guarantee and Refund
All modifications come with a 10-year guarantee. If issues arise within the agreed scope, we’ll fix them free of charge.
- DPF Off Guarantee: No faults, no limp mode, and no regeneration after scanner reset.
- EGR/TVA Off Guarantee: No actuator faults, no flow control, and no limp mode.
- SCR Off Guarantee: No errors related to SCR, NOx, or urea systems after resetting.
- Tuning Guarantee: Performance gains with durability close to stock levels.
- Exclusions: Issues unrelated to the modification, scanner errors, or improper usage.
- Refunds available within 10 days if guarantee conditions are unmet.
