Genie, a well-known manufacturer of lifting and access solutions, produces versatile machines like telehandlers and aerial work platforms designed for tough job sites. However, many Genie models are equipped with emission control systems such as SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), AdBlue/DEF injection, and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). These systems, though intended to reduce emissions, often cause issues like NOx sensor failures, AdBlue pump malfunctions, and DPF clogging, leading to reduced power and unplanned downtime.

Our File Services for Genie allow for safe and effective ECU recalibration, removing these limitations while preserving engine reliability. We support various Genie models using Bosch EDC17CV52, EDC17C49, Phoenix L14, and Denso SH725x ECUs, commonly paired with engines like 3.6TDI, 3.4TDI, and 6.8TDI.

By leveraging our Calibration Files for Genie, operators can eliminate emissions-related errors, restore full engine power, and avoid costly repairs—ensuring that Genie equipment performs reliably even under demanding worksite conditions.
