GIPO manufactures powerful crushing and screening equipment widely used in mining, quarrying, and recycling industries. These heavy-duty machines are typically powered by Caterpillar engines such as the C9.3, C13, and 3412E, and in some models by Volvo engines like the TAD883, managed by ADEM 4, ADEM 5, or ADEM 6 ECUs.

Popular GIPO models include the B0960, B1270, B1470 jaw crushers, the P090 GIGA (Volvo), P131 GIGA (CAT C13), and P170 KOMBI (CAT 3412E) impact crushers, as well as the RC130 FDR and R170 FDR rubble crushers with drive power ranging from 230 kW up to 522 kW.

To meet Tier 4 and Stage V emission standards, they are equipped with complex emission control systems including SCR, DPF, DOC, AdBlue/DEF injection, and EGR. While necessary for regulatory compliance, these systems often introduce a range of issues, such as NOx sensor failures, DEF pump malfunctions, dosing module errors, temperature sensor faults, or forced derates due to clogged DPFs.
