Liebherr manufactures a diverse range of heavy-duty equipment for construction, earthmoving, and material handling applications. These machines are often fitted with a combination of emission regulation technologies, including SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), AdBlue/DEF injection, and EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). While designed to meet emission standards, these systems frequently cause disruptions in the field—such as faulty NOx sensors, failing AdBlue pumps, or particulate filter saturation—leading to power derating and machine downtime.

Our File Services for Liebherr provide a clean and effective ECU recalibration process that disables these systems where permitted, restoring full engine performance and reliability. We support a broad set of engine configurations—including Deutz, FPT, John Deere, Yanmar, and Liebherr powertrains—with ECU types like EDC17CV52, EDC17CV41, Phoenix L33/L34, and LIDEC2-ECU2.
